PRICING & PAYMENTS 

A non refundable booking fee of £100 is required to secure your date, the booking fee will be deducted from the over all balance of the invoice..

Prices quoted at the time of booking will be honoured any general price increase will not affect your agreed quote.

If however your wedding is postponed to a new date additional charges may apply.

There is a £65 charge should an extra stylist be required.

An early start fee before 6am may be charged.

PREVIEWS

Previews for bridal party members are optional.

Arranging a trial before booking fee does not reserve your wedding date only once booking fee has been paid is your date reserved.

Previews are held at my home based studio in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire CM21

I recommend previews at least 2-6 months before wedding date and a minimum of 48 hours are required if you need to cancel or reschedule.

TRAVEL & EXPENSES

Any additional expenses, such as travel, parking or accommodation will be discussed and agreed at the time of booking then added to the final balance.

Travel is charged at 50p p/m from CM21.

CANCELLATIONS OR POSTPONEMENTS

On the unfortunate event you have to cancel your booking please inform me as soon as possible. Should you cancel after the booking fee has been paid this is non-refundable.

If your booking is cancelled within 90 days of the wedding date you are liable to pay in full due to the unlikelihood of other work being undertaken as a result of the booking.

In the unlikely event that I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and no other alternative can be arranged, a full refund of the booking fee will be refunded to you, no further compensation will be offered. I will do all I can to assist any other arrangements. 

It is advised for the client to take out wedding or event insurance to cover against these situations.

MISCELLANEOUS

Charleigh cannot be held accountable for any allergic reactions or complications from hair products or styling.

Any photos or film taken by myself on the day or by the professional photographer or videographer can be used for my own promotional use on my website, instagram and other forms of social media and advertising purpose, unless stated otherwise in writing via email prior to booking.

Payment of any booking fee indicates the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out above.
